Report a concern

Tell us what you have seen and we will show you where to report it, so that it reaches people with the authority and training to act. KIFOV does not receive reports of abuse itself.

If a child is in danger now, call your local emergency number.
Choose a country below to see the number we have checked for it. There is no single number that works everywhere.

What do you want to report?

Please never send us images or videos of a child

If you come across sexual images or videos of a child, do not download, save, screenshot or forward them, even to report them. Report the web address to a specialist hotline instead. We explain how on the page for this kind of report.

Why KIFOV routes reports instead of taking them

Reports about a child at risk need trained people, legal powers and secure systems: national hotlines, child protection services and the police have them. A new organisation collecting such reports would slow them down and could put children and the people reporting at risk. When KIFOV has a trained team and a tested process for receiving general, non-urgent information, we will say so here. Until then, the safest thing we can do is take you straight to the right place.
